Upward facing dog - Urdhva mukha svanasana

Begin in plank. Exhale and lower, bending your elbows straight back until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Inhale and scoop forward and up, rolling or transitioning onto the tops of your feet. Straighten your arms, roll your shoulders down your back, and lift your chest toward the sky above. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Exhale and curl your toes under as you push yourself back to downward facing dog.
